August 2011 Part Two

This episode of Oregon Lifestyles features the southern Oregon coast and uses the town of Gold Beach as a home base for exploring this exciting region of natural beauty and adrenaline packed adventure. Part Two.

Tidewind Sport Fishing is just one of many Ocean charters on the southern Oregon coast. Located in Brookings Oregon you can go after rock fish and Ling cod.

Just an hour away inland is the Out N About treesort and the treehouse Zip lines. There is a Tarzan swing and the zip line course is one of the largest in the world.

The trees of mystery are just a short drive away as is Ocean world in Crescent city. The Redwoods are simply amazing and must be seen to be believed. Cape Blanco just north of Port Orford is one of the oldest working lighthouses on the coast. At the west coast game park it is possible to hold baby animals and we have visited them many times.
